Christmas Delivery - Last Order Dates

Order by the 20th December to guarantee delivery before Christmas to Australian addresses. For other destinations please use our UK site www.hawesandcurtis.co.uk.

Shipping Prices

Shipping charges are subject to the weight, destination and total contents of the parcel. Our prices start from $9.95 for the first three shirts. 

Estimated Shipping Times

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for parcels to be delivered to your Australian delivery address. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change due to external factors.

Customs Charges

It is a legal requirement for Hawes & Curtis to declare the actual value of goods (excluding shipping charges) contained in all packages sent outside the United Kingdom. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office if you require more specific information. Please note that when ordering from www.hawesandcurtis.com.au, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Split Shipments

To avoid excess customs charges and additional shipping fees, sometimes international orders will be split into multiple parcels.Should this happen, you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers, and each parcel will be marked according to which part of the shipment it is – for example "1 of 3" or "2 of 2".

 

Part Shipments

Occasionally we will ship orders incomplete – this will usually happen with larger orders when one or two items are out of stock. Should this happen, your order will contain a note specifying which items are missing, and instructions on how to claim replacement shirts or a refund. All replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.
