Hawes & Curtis has launched its new store in the Shard Arcade, just weeks after staging its Spring 2016 photoshoot in the impressive building itself. Chairman Touker Suleyman said the location for the new store was perfect as it represented part of a new lifestyle expansion for the brand. Instead of Hawes & Curtis’ wide range of market-leading suits, shoes, chinos and casualwear, the store will focus on shirts, suits and accessories for the London businessman.
Suleyman said: “The new store comes at the perfect time as we have just enjoyed an incredible photoshoot in The Shard itself, focusing on our current Back to Business range which aims to dress the successful businessman and woman. And what better backdrop to reflect this than an aesthetically beautiful building with views across a thriving city filled with hundreds of thousands of dedicated workers.”
Like The Shard, Hawes & Curtis’ clothing is known for its iconic look and British style, perfect for the new store’s location between London Bridge underground station and the main entrances to The Shard and The News Building, where hundreds of affluent professionals including lawyers, journalists and accountants are based.
